Приготвяне:
Ама вие наистина ли не знаете ли как се пържат кюфтенца?! И преди 2000 години са ги правили точно така, както и днес:
Нарязваме седефчето, чубрицата и магданоза на ситно. Смесваме ги с месото, кедровите ядки и останалите подправки на гладка кайма, която подправяме на вкус със смления черен пипер и малко солчица.
Оставяме я на хладно малко да си почине, след което оформяме с влажни ръце красиви средноголеми кюфтенца.
Хвърляме ги в малко сгорещен зехтин и ги пържим до едно вълшебно златисто-кафяво.
Сега си наливаме в една чаша напълно заслуженото червено винце, посядаме, облягаме се удобно назад и им се наслаждаваме докато запрятаме бавно ръкави.
Ами това е.

Ние сега изпържихме от "Lvcanicae" кюфтенца, което всъщност и едно време е било така прието. Но тази кайма е била използвана от старите римляни предимно за направа на наденички, които вместо в черва са били пълнени в свинско було, а след това пушени.
Похапвали са ги или сурови или печени или пък изпържени, също като нашата до болка позната българска родна луканка.
Хмм...а да дали е наистина българска?
