Превод: Пасирай градинския лук, след като го свариш във вода, после го задуши в зехтин. Соса приготви по следния начин: Мащерка, мента, черен пипер, риган, мед, малко оцет и, ако ти харесва също малко Liquamen. Поръси с черен пипер и сервирай.

 
 
Продукти за 4 порции:
 
4 средно големи глави лук
1 клонче мащерка
1 клонче риган
1 клонче мента
1 ч.л. мед
2-3 с.л. зехтин
1/2 ч.л. счукан черен пипер
1-2 ч.л. Liquamen (или тайландски рибен сос)
 
 
Приготвяне:
 
Нарязваме лука на филийки, хвърляме го в подсолена кипяща вода и го варим 1-2 минутки.
 
После сменяме водата с олио и го запържваме в него заедно със ситно нарязаните подправки.
 
Овкусяваме с мед, оцет и ликвамен, поръсваме с черен пипер и това е.
 
Една вкусна, ефектна и почти толкова мързелива гарнитурка.
